I’ve now been delivering hypnotherapy for over seven years and have seen the incredible transformations that can take place, particularly when individuals take part in consistent personalised sessions and positive lifestyle changes. With this in mind I’ve worked to build my Hummingbird Life Change Plan.
This service will be all encompassing; I’m ultimately committed to helping you to make lifelong changes, which is why I can only take on seven clients at a time. The six month period will run from September to February and March to August each year.

TEN- 1-1 targeted hypnotherapy sessions delivered at intervals to suit you within the 6 month period.
Personalised videos and audios to implement between sessions.
