How we eat, and why we eat the way we do has a huge impact on what we actually put into our bodies and how we feel about ourselves. In these four sessions, we start by looking at your aims. Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to make healthier choices? Perhaps like so many people you have been on “diets” your whole life but, changes never really seem to stick. In these sessions we look at the very important why. Why do you want to lose weight? Why have those diets never stuck before and why are these changes so important to you?
Each one of you will have a different story and this is where our expertise and experience will support you to make the individual changes you want.
Perhaps you have some exercise goals you would like to achieve. This might be from as little as taking a 5 minute walk each day, to even running a marathon! You and your goals are the key here. Stop Smoking Package
We all know that smoking is detrimental to our health and our bank balance. However, the mind and body make it difficult to kick the habit. This is where hypnotherapy can really help. Getting into the subconscious mind, the changes to your habits can be made.
The first session lasts up to 90 minutes and while 90% of our clients find that this allows them to make the changes they want, we now offer a follow up session regardless. This helps to reaffirm the positive changes you have made. Follow up session lasts between 30-60 minutes. Getting you the results you want is our top priority.
